No returns or exchanges

All of our products, including kitchen and home accessories, furniture items, and other handcrafted pieces, are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our work and the unique characteristics of natural materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you need to make a change or request to cancel your order, you may contact us within 6 hours of purchase. After this time window has passed, we begin production and we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.
