Shipping policy
At this time we are only processing orders in the United States, unfortunately we are not shipping internationally. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing time
Our current processing time may defer depending on the item(s) processed. Please make sure you check the description that covers details about processing time and delivery before placing your order.
Home and kitchen accessories
Home and kitchen accessories have a current processing time of 4-6 weeks before shipping, unless otherwise stated in the description.
Furniture items
For furniture items, the processing time differs from product to product, please check the product description for more details. The items that are one of a kind and ready to ship will have this information stated in the description.
We encourage you to connect with us via the message bubble on our website if you have any questions about the product, or if you have special requirements such as custom dimensions, or wood species that can be used for manufacturing.
Address issues
A valid US physical address is required. Please make sure you double check the address your entered is correct.
If you provided an incorrect shipping address and placed the order, please reach out to us immediately via the message bubble on our website and include your order number.
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update it for you. Once it has been shipped out, it is out of our hands and we cannot resolve the case or issue a refund.
Combining multiple orders
We automatically combine all orders that are placed to the same name and shipping address. If you would prefer for us to not combine your orders, please let us know.
Shipping cost calculation
For Home and Kitchen accessories items the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout for you.
For furniture items, the shipping fee may show as empty when you place the order, however the shipping cost will be calculated prior to the delivery, once the furniture piece(s) have been securely packed and the delivery company and date have been selected for your address. If you would like a shipping cost estimate or have any questions, please reach out to us before placing your order.
Responsibility during shipping
Once an item leaves our workshop or warehouse, it is handled by a third-party carrier. We are not responsible for damage, delays, or loss that occur during transit; however, we will gladly assist in communicating with the carrier if an issue arises.
Damage inspection upon delivery
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us via the message bubble on the website or the contact form within 24 hours of receipt so we can review the case and work towards a resolution.
Only the original purchaser or recipient on file may submit damage claims — reports made by another person or third parties cannot be honored. We may request clear photos of the damaged item, its packaging, and the shipping label to properly assess the situation.
